We ship MORTOP products globally from our Taiwan office. However, if a local distributor is available in your country, we will direct you to the nearest MORTOP reseller to expedite shipping times.
Here are some important shipping details you should know:
For orders exceeding $150, we offer free shipping via EMS.
The estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days worldwide, depending on your location.
For orders less than $150, we offer two expedient shipping options:
A. DHL Express: This service guarantees delivery within 3-7 business days worldwide, depending on your location. Please note that international shipping via DHL is charged at a flat rate per order. The specific charge for your country will be displayed at checkout. DHL provides comprehensive tracking and customs status information from door to door.
B. EMS: This service ensures delivery within 4-8 business days worldwide, depending on your location. We will charge a shipping fee of $30 and will update you with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
If you have specific shipping needs, such as next-day delivery, international shipping, or using your own DHL inbound account, we will do our utmost to accommodate you. Please specify these requirements when placing your order.
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and a customs clearance service fee charged by the courier in your country.These costs are not covered by MORTOP. While we strive to ensure a smooth shipping process, occasional delays in shipping and customs may occur due to factors beyond our control.
